Park n' it

bloggin style

since my conversation with Bert regarding blogging
what it means
how there are so many different styles, etc.
i thought i'd try something different
instead of always waiting for some event to happen and then posting the happenstance and appropriate pics
i think i'll try a more of a day in the life style of blogging
let me know if anyone is reading tho so i can know to keep it up
so here goes..............
woke up early this am as it was my first day at my new JOB
i am officially a "Tool Timing Babydoll" estimator/project manager
http://www.tooltimingbabydolls.com/
my pics will be on their website soon
and i get to be in the calendar too!
got back home
relieved Kate (new awesome babysitter)
the twinkies love her
got some calls taken care of
twins awoke from nap
twins ran errands with me
made more calls from the car
set up appts. for tomorrow
i have 3 big projects i am working on now and need to get organized and prepared
did i ever mention that i took a junge test lately
i came back as the "administrator"
what does that say about me
pause
ryder just stole rody from cassidy and she is pissed
hold please
had to have some cuddle time
where was i
went to anderson park by tarpon lake
very beautiful
twins require daily swinging
swang, played, swang
a grey rain cloud let out on us but there were blue skies all around
i sang songs to the kids
back home for dinner
i decided grapes, spinach pies and waffle fries sounded like a good dinner
we experminted with dipping fries into ranch
dipping is a messy skill to learn
blogger is not letting me upload my pics
this is why i get that worn to the bone feeling
its not the blogger site per say
just that shit is always harder
hey, maybe i should make a t-shirt that says that
returning to original train of thought
by the end of the day i looked like this

tired, messy, rained-upon, just wanting to curl up and do nothing but have to do 100 things
sounds like any typical mom of twins
what am i whining about
my life is awesome
nite-nite

Florida Skies

There is nothing quite as breathtaking as the florida skies
Moon on pink stardust

Cassidy basking in the sun, enjoying tractor rides

Ryder smiles

Cassidy smiles
the worlds largest sandbox does that to kids

Ryder wants YOU to come on down for a tractor ride

Settling In

Sooooooooo after an extensive and highly anticipated period here it is.........

We have arrived and are settling in. Settling in, meaning getting used to all the fun in the sun! Settling in, meaning looking for some beautiful permanent digs as the ones we are occupying now are just temporary. Settling in as, getting used to hanging out with my sister & auntie and visiting the barn lots! Settling in as, taking in the beautiful ocean and beaches and great parks I have discovered. Settling in as, remembering that most of you fine friends and family will actually be experiencing a beautiful fall and then shortly after a horrid winter pretty soon and for us its nothing but sunny and 70's baby! Settling in as, eagerly awaiting my brother, sister-in-law and cutest baby nephew to move down here and join us in the gulf breezes. Ahhhh to settling in!
Ok, ok enough of that.....and on to pictures!

The Meixners Move

For those of our family & friends not yet aware the "Camp Meixner" is relocating to sunny Tampa, Florida! We are going to miss everyone in Minnesota but are looking forward to the new adventures that await us in the land of fun and sun! Please check our blog often as this is how we will stay in touch with all of you. Also it is very cheap to fly to Florida and a great place to vacation so we hope to see you all soon! Here we come turtles, manatees, dolphins and the like.....

Memorial Weekend

Henry, Haley & Cassidy
Cassidy, Haley, Henry & Ryder
(Will, Andy, & Matt not pictured due to a lot of playing in the backyard)
Thank you Johnson Family for having the Meixner Clans of Shorewood & Haugen over for a Memorial Day cookout! We had a great time barring the awful weather! We love hanging out with you guys and no matter when it shall be, we eagerly await our next visit. Haley, thanks for doing such a great job at babysitting Cassidy & Ryder, you have my recommendation for any potential jobs.

Sweet Slumber

How can a Mom find words to express the complete melting of one's heart when viewing their babes in sweet slumber?
