What we've accomplished!
Here are pictures of the Oxford Project House....
We completly gutted and remodeled this house 100% the remodel took a little longer than we planned due to having the twins, but we finished it up and sold it in 6 days and only $4,000 below our asking price, pretty awesome! This home boasts 3400 sf, an oversized 2 car tuck-under garage, chef's dream kitchen, 4 beds, 5 baths, and a theatre room!
This all occured in May and since then we have bought and remodeled the Hillcrest Project House that will be done any day now and will be going on the fall market. Check back soon for pictures of that one (this time I'll get the pictures posted sooner)!
We also have bought our most expensive project house yet, the Hilltop Project House, we have already started work on this project and expect to have this one completed for the spring market.

1st Mothers Day
I know that this is my first post in awhile..... For those of you unawares I had my gall bladder removed 3 weeks ago after weeks of having gall bladder attacks (I didnt realize what they were). I won't relive all the gory details again but I am recovering and doing great. The hardest part was being away from the twins for 4 days in the hospital and my recovery does not allow me to pick up anything over 8-10 lbs. for one month. Luckily I only have 1 more week to go and then I can pick up the twins again!
My very first Mother's Day was wonderful! Todd, the twins and I had a fun time at the mall, shopping and then we met everyone for dinner on Lake Minnetonka. It was 90+ degrees and beautiful! The twins were awesome as always!
In our yellow submarine
We've moved! Just down the road from the Birch Bluff house, to an awesome spread we call the Point House. Pictures will be posted here shortly. I will also be getting out change of addresses to everyone soon. We are really happy and have been unpacking and hanging up our artwork and generally settling in. Ryder and Cassidy are 2 1/2 months old now and growing bigger every day.
Today I turned 32..... what a wonderful life I am having! I can't wait for all the years to come! So much to do, so much to see, so much to enjoy just being!
There are three hundred and sixty-four days when you might get un-birthday presents ... and only one for birthday presents, you know. - Lewis Carroll
We had the most lovely snow storm here. This is the view from our atrium. So far we have orchids, a christmas cactus, an azaela and the newest addition, a lemon tree! What an awesome birthday present. Homemade lemonade will be served all summer, just stop on by!
Here is sweet Cassidy Rose and her Dad out enjoying the minnesota weather! Cassidy is adorned in her gift from her Aunt Britta (cute & fuzzy polar bear suit), Todd is also adorned in his gift from Britta (Ireland trip, fresh off the ewe).
Bert is home from Afgani - I am so grateful! Rachel & Him & Little-one-in-the-oven came to visit us and Bert got to meet Ryder & Cassidy for the first time!
We are buying a new project house in Deephaven and will commence work shortly. The Edina house is done, and looks beautiful, I will post some pictures of that project soon.
We are looking forward to spring and getting out and about with the twins! Walks around the lakes with Auntie Sarah and the twins crawling around in the new backyard are soon to be happening. Barbeques and campfires will be going on all summer long. So tune in again for more pictures and happenstances!
